The $76 billion Alaska Permanent Fund Corp. (APFC) has unveiled $100 million of infrastructure investments for the quarter ending March 31.

The sovereign wealth fund invested $50 million in EnCap Flatrock Midstream V, an oil and gas infrastructure vehicle managed by EnCap Flatrock Midstream, and closed a $50 million co-investment alongside KKR in a private infrastructure transaction.

EnCapFlatrock Midstream V was launched in August 2022 and is seeking to raise $3 billion, according to The Wall Street Journal. Details about the KKR transaction were not disclosed.

As of Sept. 30, 2022, 57 percent of the private-income structure was invested in infrastructure funds, which includes a diversified portfolio of infrastructure, energy and generation assets.
