Agentis Capital Advisors, a boutique advisory firm specializing in financial advisory in the infrastructure, mining and industrials sectors, has hired Yves Bouillet as a director to lead the midstream energy infrastructure advisory practice. He will be located in Agentis’ Vancouver office.
Agentis formed the midstream advisory practice in response to demand from institutional investors for advice and support on transactions involving midstream energy infrastructure assets. Agentis is looking forward to supporting new and existing clients in their evaluation and pursuit of emerging midstream investment opportunities.
Bouillet was previously at Wells Fargo Securities in Houston, where he advised and covered corporate and financial sponsor clients on buy-side and sell-side mandates and capital raises across the full midstream value chain.
