Adani Enterprises has secured a $251 million highway public-private partnership (P3) project in the Indian state of Kerala from National Highways Authority of India.
According to InfraPPP, the new contract brings Adani Group’s portfolio to six NHAI road projects in the states of Chhattisgarh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Kerala.
Adani will provide development work for a 40.80-kilometer (25.35-mile) six-lane highway, connecting the Azhiyur to Vengalam section of the NH-17 in Kerala.
Construction on the latest P3 is expected to be completed in two and a half years.
