Levanta Renewables, a Southeast Asia-focused renewable-energy developer backed by Actis, is acquiring a 9.5-megawatts-peak solar portfolio for its commercial and industrial business.
The portfolio consists of six solar projects across Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, with long-term power-purchase agreements signed with global 500 multinational corporations. The new projects are expected to generate more than 13 gigawatt-hours of clean power annually.
