Denham Capital Management, a global private equity and credit infrastructure investment firm, has appointed Arturo Prieto to managing director in its Sustainable Infrastructure Credit Platform.
Prieto brings more than 20 years of experience in infrastructure finance and private debt capital markets across North America, Latin America and Europe to the role. Throughout his career, he has advised sponsors, developers, financial institutions and institutional investors on the origination, structuring, execution and distribution of financing transactions across infrastructure and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Denham, Prieto spent more than 18 years at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, where he held several senior leadership positions in New York and Madrid. Most recently, he served as managing director and head of private debt mobilization for the Americas in New York, leading a multidisciplinary team responsible for originating and distributing private debt
