Actis has consolidated its Indian road portfolios into a single new platform — NXT-Infra Trust valued at INR 10,000 crore ($1 billion).
The trust consists of 11 road assets spanning more than 3,000 lane kilometers (1,864 miles), bringing together assets held by Actis Long Life Infrastructure Fund 1 and Actis Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2. As part of this consolidation process, the NXT-Infra Trust acquired road assets held by Actis Long Life Infrastructure Fund 2.
NXT-Infra and sponsors also raised INR 11.8 billion ($123 million), with strong participation from domestic institutional investors. Following these transactions, Actis funds collectively own 71 percent of NXT-Infra.
The consolidated platform creates a scaled-up, diversified operational roads business present in high-growth corridors across 10 states in India, with approximately 55 percent of revenue from Hybrid Annuity Model (HAM) projects and approximately 45 percent from toll road projects. Asset
