Ole Jürgens appointed chief development officer at CYCAP

CYCAP, an asset manager specializing in renewables (formerly CEE Group), is shoring up its asset development team with the appointment of Ole Jürgens as chief development officer.

Jürgens has been with CYCAP since 2019, serving as senior investment manager, head of project development, and, most recently, head of technical management. He and Frank Grafe have built the asset development department together since 2023. Before joining CYCAP, Jürgens was managing director and authorized signatory at a renewable-energy project developer, as well as a research associate at Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg, where he earned a doctorate in economics. He holds degrees in business administration and economics from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel.
