Northampton Capital Partners forms JV with Provident Data Centers

by Released

Northampton Capital Partners, an alternative asset management firm focused on infrastructure investments across North America, has entered into a joint venture with Provident Data Centers, a division of Dallas-based Provident, to develop a next-generation turnkey data center with 54 megawatts of critical capacity in the North Dallas Corridor.

Scheduled for delivery in late 2027, it will fill the gap in data center capacity in the robust Dallas-Fort Worth market.

The 74-megawatt site benefits from its location in the Dallas market, one of the most active and capacity-constrained data center markets in the world and offers low-latency access to critical interconnects in this key hub for nationwide data center connectivity. Beyond this initial project, Northampton and Provident Data Centers have agreed to a framework to continue their partnership developing inference-ready data center sites in top-tier markets across the United States.
