Brian McCabe has rejoined Lazard as a managing director and head of North America energy in the Power, Energy & Infrastructure Group, based in Houston.
McCabe advises corporate and sponsor clients on strategic transactions across the energy sectors, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and take-privates. His transaction experience spans three decades.
McCabe began his career with stints at Wasserstein Perella, DLJ and Lazard. Prior to rejoining the firm, he served as managing director and head of midstream and downstream at J.P. Morgan. He previously held the roles of global head of energy at Credit Suisse and head of Americas oil and gas at Morgan Stanley.
