Equitix has announced the appointment of Angelica Becker as director of capital formation, Europe and Dominik Damaschke as managing director, investments and head of the DACH region, comprising Germany, Austria and Switzerland, effective October 2026, as part of its continued investment in the platform.
The appointments reflect Equitix’s strong momentum in Europe, where it continues to build on its position as a leading mid-market investor, supported by a growing on-the-ground presence and deepening institutional investor relationships across key markets.
Becker brings more than 15 years’ of experience across capital markets, leveraged finance and institutional investor coverage. She joins Equitix from IKAV, where she was responsible for investor relations and fundraising across the DACH and international markets, with a focus on energy infrastructure strategies.
