Institutional Real Estate, Inc. (IREI) has announced a strategic partnership with Agentic Assets LLC, the developer of Corbis and EQUIRE — two purpose-built AI platforms for commercial real estate investment professionals.
Under the agreement, Agentic Assets will become a sponsor of all IREI publications, and IREI will assist Agentic Assets in building brand recognition within the institutional investment and private wealth advisory communities and will actively connect Agentic Assets' founding principals with key decision makers across those markets.
Agentic Assets was founded by Dr. Cayman Seagraves, assistant professor of finance at the University of Tulsa, and Dr. Stace Sirmans, associate professor of finance at Auburn University. Both are finance professors whose research spans real estate investment analysis and applied artificial intelligence — credentials that are directly reflected in the platforms they have built.
