The Nuclear Co., an organization leading gigawatt-scale deployment of nuclear power across America and pioneering the modernization of nuclear construction, has hired Robert Harmon as chief legal officer.
Harmon brings nearly 20 years of legal experience, including more than a decade at Amazon and Tesla. He spent more than six years at Amazon, where he led energy, real estate and construction initiatives. There, he oversaw construction projects, as well as the acquisition and leasing of more than 1.5 million square feet of warehouse, office and retail space. At Tesla, Harmon served as deputy general counsel and director of real estate, overseeing the negotiation of the company’s global headquarters as well as site selection for the automaker’s first gigafactory.
