Brookfield sells stake in Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure

Brookfield Infrastructure Partners has divested a 23.2 percent stake in Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure (DBI), which owns the Dalrymple Bay Terminal, a major export metallurgical coal facility in Hay Point, Australia.

This sale involved 115 million shares, valued at approximately $428 million. Brookfield remains the largest shareholder, retaining a 26.25% interest

Dalrymple Bay Infrastructure operates a key terminal in Queensland.

Brookfield gained control of the terminal in 2009.
