CVC DIF, the infrastructure strategy of global private markets manager CVC, which recently combined with DIF Capital Partners, is acquiring medneo UK, a diagnostic imaging company specializing in the provision of mobile MRI and CT scanners, and imaging services.
medneo UK is an expert provider of diagnostic imaging services to NHS Trusts and healthcare providers across the United Kingdom. Through its fleet of more than 20 state-of-the-art mobile scanners and its London center, the business’s team of radiographers provide MRI and CT imaging services to more than 130,000 patients a year.
medneo UK will be acquired from medneo Group, an innovative diagnostic-imaging operator solution with operations in the United Kingdom, Germany and Switzerland. Financial terms were not disclosed, however, CVC DIF said it is making the acquisition via the CIF III fund, for which DIF
