The $101.2 billion Virginia Retirement System (VRS) has terminated Brookfield Asset Management from an $88 million global listed infrastructure portfolio, according to a recent investment/termination report.
The account in question was Brookfield Global Listed Infrastructure, a separate account that invests in publicly listed infrastructure companies.
As of June 30, VRS had a 14.9 percent allocation to real assets, which includes infrastructure, against a 15.1 percent target allocation.
