GARBE Industrial Real Estate plans solar PV installation across logistics portfolio

GARBE Industrial Real Estate is planning to equip the logistics assets under its management with solar photovoltaic systems in the coming years, following the establishment of its wholly owned subsidiary, GARBE Renewable Energy – GREEN, in 2020.

GARBE, a specialist for logistics, industrial and technology properties in Germany and Europe, said it is committed to the sustainable generation of electricity from solar energy. The firm’s new subsidiary acts as an internal service provider for GARBE, and is responsible for funding, planning, implementing and operating the photovoltaic systems.
