The Coventry City Council has launched tenders for a joint venture partner to take on the development and improvement of senior housing and care services in the U.K., according to InfraPPP.
The JV partner will develop, build and operate facilities, beginning with a care home for seniors with nursing care and specialist care for older people living with dementia or physical disabilities. The facility will also accommodate a Housing with Care scheme for seniors who are able to live independently.
The maximum estimated value of this joint venture is £150 million ($203.4 million).
The deadline to submit responses is Dec. 6.
