Autostrade Portugal, a subsidiary of Atlantia, has agreed to sell its 17.2 percent stake in Portuguese concessionaire Lusoponte to MM Capital Partners.
Lusoponte manages two bridges crossing the Tagus River in Lisbon.
Atlantia is an investment holding company, a global leader present in 11 countries. It also offers mobility services in 25 countries. The group manages 13,000 kilometers (8,077 miles) of toll motorway; Fiumicino and Ciampino airports in Ital; and the airports of Nice, Cannes-Mandelieu and Saint Tropez in France.
The Lusoponte transaction is expected to fetch €55.7 million ($66 million).
