I Squared Capital has partnered with Fresh Del Monte Produce, a vertically integrated producer, marketer and distributor of fruit and vegetables.
Fresh Del Monte will invest in the I Squared Global InfraTech Fund, which invests in growth-stage companies applying technology in various infrastructure sectors, including logistics, supply chain and agriculture.
The two companies will share investment prospects, co-invest in certain deals and offer general support by sharing research and learnings in certain technology fields, such as the Internet of Things (IoT), energy storage and vertical farming.
