Brookfield Infrastructure has appointed David Krant as CFO, effective March 1, 2021
Krant succeeds Bahir Manios, who will retain a senior role with Brookfield Infrastructure as chief strategy officer and take on the role of CIO of Brookfield Asset Management’s newly created reinsurance business. In addition, Manios will retain his responsibilities with respect to Brookfield’s private infrastructure funds.
“These management changes will allow Bahir and David to continue to meaningfully contribute as we look to take advantage of future growth opportunities,” said Sam Pollock, CEO of Brookfield Infrastructure. “Both Bahir and David have made significant contributions to the business over the years, and we look forward to their continued success in their new roles.”
