San Francisco City & County Employees’ Retirement System has plans to invest $100 million in Blackstone Energy Partners III.
Blackstone Energy Partners III, sponsored by Blackstone Group, launched this year with a $4.5 billion fundraising target. It will invest in energy investments globally.
