Patria Investimentos, an alternative investments manager focused on Latin American assets, has launched a new infrastructure fund, according to an SEC filing.
The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Patria Infrastructure Fund IV is a closed-end infrastructure fund. It has raised $735 million so far, according to the filing. A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
Patria’s infrastructure platform performs equity investments in a diversified portfolio of infrastructure-related assets in Brazil and selected other Latin American countries. It focuses on strategic investments such as power and energy, oil and gas, logistics and transportation, telecommunications, and environmental services.
A target final close date for the fund was not disclosed in the filing.
