Dutch pension fund ABP has invested more than €330 million ($388 million) in three solar assets in California and Nevada.
The acquisitions is part of its efforts of the Paris climate accord.
The assets include the operational 350-megawatt Moapa Southern Paiute Solar Project in Clark County, Nevada, and the 328-megawatt Mount Signal 3 and 381-megawatt California Flats solar projects in California. Capital Dynamics, a joint venture between ABP and US pension fund California State Teachers' Retirement System, was announced as the new owner of the California projects after deals completed this summer. It bought the Moapa project in March.
