2018 Inaugural iREOC Annual Meeting
May 8 - May 10, 2018 | Montage Deer Valley | Park City, UT
The 2018 iREOC Inaugural Annual Meeting is a "members only" event designed to provide a platform for candid discussions among real estate operating companies, institutional investors and their investment managers on forming and running more profitable and productive REOC partnership investments.
And, as part of the IREI platform, this meeting will uphold a strict ratio of only two real estate operating companies to every one institutional capital provider. This ensures that attendees are able to really engage and get to know one another both on a professional and personal level. View our Attendees tab above to see who is coming to this year's event.

iREOC Board of Governors Day with all members attending
Objective: Designed for Board of Governors to define the future direction of the institute.
Who attends and participates: The Board of Governors meeting is an open meeting comprised of a series of facilitated discussions among the members of the three Board of Governors Councils (Investors, Investment Managers and Operators).
Members of the iREOC who are not current board members are encouraged and welcome to sit in and observe the proceedings.
Attending this part of the annual meeting will enable all members to observe firsthand what is going on at the Board level, and it will create the opportunity for members to raise issues and concerns and to contribute ideas and feedback for further consideration.
To help facilitate this process, proceedings will close with a “Town Hall Forum style” interactive group discussion, where all iREOC members in attendance will be invited to make comments and pose questions to the Board.
