Food for thought: The i3 Editorial Advisory Board meets to discuss infrastructure investing

This month in Chicago we will meet for two days with a select group of investors, consultants and managers/advisers for our annual Editorial Advisory Board meeting to discuss the most pressing topics to the investor community regarding their infrastructure allocations.

A month prior to the event, we began to solicit input from our board members, asking for the topics they most want to discuss. This exercise allows our board members to direct and facilitate the meeting agenda, giving them a real stake in the discussions. After the event, we use these discussions to develop the content for i3 in the upcoming year. Below is a working list of the topics — subject to change as more responses arrive — in advance of the board meeting.

How can managers better report performance and maintain transparency efficiently? How can the infrastructure industry improve/advance benchmarking? Co-investments — when and how to accomplish them effective
