Yelena Kuznetsova, former senior vice president of marketing and communications at Capital Dynamics, has joined Spearmint Energy as director of sustainability & ESG.
Kuznetsova brings deep marketing, communications, and investor relations expertise across asset management, capital markets, and sustainable finance and investment to Spearmint, a next-generation renewable-energy company enabling the clean-energy revolution through battery-energy storage.
Before Capital Dynamics, Kuznetsova served in vice-president roles at Rockefeller Capital Management, TOBAM and Société Générale’s Corporate & Investment Banking business in New York, London and Paris.
In her new role at Spearmint, Kuznetsova will leverage her 15 years of experience to oversee Spearmint’s ESG policies and disclosures, develop and advance corporate and project-level ESG initiatives, and ensure the company continues to maintain best-in-class compliance with federal and state-level ESG
