Wisconsin pension fund slates $45m for BlackRock, KKR infra funds

The Wisconsin Board of Commissioners of Public Lands approved two investments in infrastructure funds in late 2022.

According to a board-meeting document, $25 million was committed to BlackRock Global Infrastructure Fund IV and $20 million went to the KKR Open-Ended Infrastructure Fund.

In October, BlackRock Alternatives announced that it had raised $4.5 billion of initial investor commitments in a first closing of its BlackRock Global Infrastructure Fund IV, bringing the vehicle to more than half of its targeted size of $7.5 billion.
