Vodafone Group is planning the sale of a stake in its Vantage Towers business unit, which was floated on the Frankfurt stock market in 2021.
This Is Money expects the likeliest scenario to be a co-control deal under which Vodafone would sell half of its 82 percent holding, allowing it to shave off £2.2 billion ($2.4 billion) of Vantage's £36 billion ($38.3 billion) debt pile and rake in more than £6 billion ($6.5 billion) of cash proceeds.
The list of potential buyers includes KKR, Global Infrastructure Partners and EQT.
