Turner & Townsend has added two key senior appointments in the United States — Mark Blumkin as executive vice president for the infrastructure sector and Jennifer Rimmer as senior vice president for the government and public sector.
Blumkin, who brings extensive experience delivering major transportation, energy and water infrastructure programs, will lead the expansion of the firm’s infrastructure offerings in the United States. He previously served in prominent roles, including managing director of Deloitte’s Infrastructure and value engineering consultant at the New York City Office of Management and Budgets.
Rimmer also brings a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector to deliver complex real estate, infrastructure and energy projects. She has led major economic development programs with a strong emphasis on resiliency, equity, and environmental health and justice.
