Caban Systems Inc., an energy-infrastructure provider offering solutions for some of the largest telecommunications companies in the world, has collected an investment from Ember Infrastructure.
The investment includes an initial backing of $35 million for identified growth initiatives and an agreement for Ember to provide incremental funding for Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) engagements, which are increasingly in demand from mobile network operators seeking to modernize their critical infrastructure and reduce operating expenses without upfront capital expenditure.
