I Squared Capital has acquired Ohio-based Star Leasing from its shareholders on behalf of its ISQ Global Infrastructure Fund II.
Star Leasing has a fleet of 19,000 trailers located throughout the Midwestern and Southeastern regions of the United States, and provides integrated rentals, leasing, maintenance and trailer sales to its customers.
Following the transaction, I Squared Capital’s global transport and logistics portfolio has more than 264,000 trailers and 123 workshops.
