SDCL appoints Philip Doyle as new co-fund manager of Green Energy Solutions Fund

Sustainable Development Capital (SDCL), an investment firm with a track record of investment in decentralized energy and energy-efficiency solutions in the United Kingdom, continental Europe, North America and Asia, has named Philip Doyle as co-fund manager of the Green Energy Solutions Fund (GESF) and managing director of its Dublin Office.

Doyle brings 20 years of experience in energy transition and infrastructure investment across more than 30 countries. Most recently, he headed up the team for AMP Capital, which managed the €750 million ($804 million) Irish Infrastructure Fund. There, Doyle was responsible for leading fundraising, investment, asset management and asset sales activity, and delivered the fund’s successful exit of all assets and return of capital in 2023.
