Vita Group has sold three regional purpose-build student accommodation properties for approximately £300 million (€346 million/$364 million) to Savills Investment Management on behalf of an undisclosed client.
The portfolio consists of Cannon Park in Warwick; Iona Street, Edinburgh; and Bruce Street, Belfast, which together include 1,340 beds.
