Rupali Gupta has joined Africa50 — the pan-African infrastructure investment platform capitalized by the African Development Bank, 23 African countries and two African Central Banks — as head of Investor Relations. In the newly created role, Rupali will lead fundraising and development of investor relations with public and private partners and shareholders globally. Africa50 COO, Carole Wamuyu Wainaina, previously responsible for the fund’s investor relations. Gupta was previously a director in the investment management team with IDFC Alternatives. She is based in Casablanca Prefecture, Morocco.
