Pantheon Infrastructure seeks $290m through share placing

Pantheon Infrastructure (PINT) is seeking to raise £250 million ($290 million) via a new share placing.

PINT invests in high-quality infrastructure assets with strong downside and inflation protection in developed markets. The assembled portfolio has exposure to digital infrastructure, power and utilities, renewables and energy efficiency, and transport and logistics.

The company has access to a unique funnel of core infrastructure investment opportunities alongside major private asset investment managers, diversified by sub-sectors, through its investment manager, Pantheon Ventures (UK).

Since its launch in November 2021, PINT has made investments, commitments or allocations to investments in legal closing to the tune of £344 million ($399 million) across 10 infrastructure investments.
