Palisade Investment Partners, one of Australia’s largest renewable energy investors, has established a new renewable-energy platform, known as Intera Renewables.
Palisade manages and operates a diverse portfolio of renewable-energy assets, consisting of six wind farms and one solar farm across the Australian states of Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. These assets total nearly 1.5 gigawatts of installed generation capacity.
Intera aggregates five of Palisade’s operational renewable-energy assets into a single entity of scale, with a common ownership, governance, management and financing structure. The seed assets, with a combined installed capacity of 1 gigawatt, include the Hallett 1 Wind Farm in South Australia; the Snowtown 2 Wind Farm in South Australia; the Granville Harbour Wind Farm in Tasmania; the Macarthur Wind Farm in Victoria; and the Ross River Solar Farm in Queensland.
