Omnes, a private equity firm dedicated to energy transition and innovation, has acquired a minority stake in Aventim, a French developer and real estate operator, to support its development focused on the environmental and social transition.
Omnes drives long-term partnerships with entrepreneurs aiming for growth and sustainability in the fields of renewable energy, sustainable cities, deep tech venture capital and co-investment. The firm added Aventim to its investment portfolio via Construction Energie Plus 2, an Article 9 fund dedicated to sustainable cities.
Aventim has raised €25 million ($27 million) from Omnes. This fundraising will allow the company to continue its development focused on the environmental and social transition and pursue its commitment to build more sustainable cities that are better adapted to new lifestyles.
