Mowi ASA has plans to sell its 50 percent stake in DESS Aquaculture Shipping to an entity controlled by private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners.
The sales price was €115 million ($140 million).
Mowi has invested €60 million ($73 million) in DESS Aquaculture Shipping to date and our share of proceeds is €115 million ($140 million). Mowi will recognize a gain of approximately €55 million ($67 million) in Financial EBIT in our P&L upon closing.
