Commerz Real has appointed Michael Henn as its new global head of green deal infrastructure, effective May 1.
Henn has extensive experience in the investment industry and has led specialized transaction and project development teams for numerous years. Before Commerz Real, he was head of transactions and commercial executive board at Gerchgroup, among other things, and CEO of Immobel Germany.
Henn holds a degree in business administration and has completed a degree in sustainable real estate project development at the European Business School Oestrich-Winkel (EBS).
At Commerz Real, Henn will be responsible for the transaction and acquisition business, project developments and asset management in the field of renewable energies and infra-structure investments.
