Quattro Solar, an affiliate of LS Power, has agreed to acquire 25 solar assets, totaling 467 megawatts, from Public Service Enterprise Group Incorporated (PSEG).
The solar portfolio spans 14 states and five regional transmission organizations and benefits from power off-take agreements with a variety of utilities, electric cooperatives and other large energy suppliers.
The portfolio includes 12 facilities in PJM, seven facilities in CAISO/WEIM, four facilities in SERC/SW, 1 facility in NYISO and 1 facility in ISO-NE.
The transaction is expected to close in the second or third quarter of 2021, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
