Several listed infrastructure companies have reported quarterly earnings during the two weeks including midstream energy company Williams, wireless and broadcast communications operator American Tower Corp., energy infrastructure company Sempra, global energy company and data center REIT CyrusOne.

Williams executed several transactions and projects during the quarter, including putting into full service the Leidy South Transco expansion project in Pennsylvania and signing a memorandum of understanding with Ørsted to make U.S. clean-energy investments.

American Tower, meanwhile, spent $400 million during the quarter to acquire two data centers as part of its DataSite transaction. The deal included nearly 700 communications sites, as well, primarily in international markets. The REIT also acquired more than 20 data centers and related assets in eight United States markets, as part of the company’s $10.4 billion acquisition of CoreSite Realty.
