Two years after filing its initial filing with the SEC, Landmark Infrastructure Partners II has raised $509.6 million from 11 investors, according to a recent SEC document.
The closed-end fund managed by Landmark Partners will invest in infrastructure with a focus on communications, renewable energy, transportation and utilities, both in and outside of the United States.
IREI understands that Landmark Infrastructure Partners II is targeting $1.5 billion in capital commitments.
Landmark’s infrastructure secondaries team acquires interests across a range of partnership vehicles, including private infrastructure funds, multi-asset portfolios, as well as single-asset joint ventures, according to the firm’s website.
