JPMorgan has appointed veteran investment banker Mark Carlile as vice chair of mergers and acquisitions for Australia and New Zealand, according to media outlets.
Carlile was vice chairman of investment banking at Credit Suisse Australia and formerly co-head of banking at the firm.
