Infrastructure Investments Fund acquires stake in Falck Renewables

The Infrastructure Investments Fund (IIF), managed by JP Morgan, has acquired a stake in Falck Renewables following a sale-and-purchase agreement initiated in October 2021, according to Renews.biz.

A global player in the field of renewable energies, Falck Renewables develops, designs, builds and manages plants that generate clean energy. The company also provides specialized energy management and downstream services to both energy producers and consumers.

IIF has purchased the stake equal to 60 percent of Falck Renewables’ share capital. As a result of the transaction’s closing, IIF's Green Bidco vehicle will launch a mandatory cash-tender offer on Falck Renewables’ remaining share capital.

Toni Volpe will continue to serve as CEO of Falck Renewables.
