Harrison Street has launched a $250 million partnership with independent power producer Soltage, to fund solar and other clean energy infrastructure assets developed by Soltage.
The partnership will deploy 450 megawatts of new distributed solar and storage projects across the United States.
The partnership has also made its first investment into a 14.5-megawatt solar portfolio, consisting of five distributed solar projects in Maine, North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia. The partnership has signed power-purchase agreements with utilities, corporates and community solar offtakers. The portfolio is expected to finalize construction and begin operations this year.
