Harrison Street acquires 28MW solar project at Cincinnati Zoo

The seller was Soltage, a solar-project developer and independent power producer, and the developer was Melink Solar Development, an experienced Midwest solar developer and installer. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The solar project is under construction in the PJM power market. It has been fully contracted for 10 years with two power-purchase agreements. The acquisition marks Harrison Street’s second infrastructure investment in Cincinnati.
