Green energy PPA signed in Taiwan

Global thermal management solutions provider Delta has signed its first power-purchase agreement with Taiwan’s TCC Green Energy Corp.

Under the agreement, TCC Green Energy will supply 19 million kilowatt hours of green electricity to Delta annually from its 7.2-megawatt onshore wind turbines, which currently have the largest device capacity in Taiwan.

Cumulatively, the proposal is expected to reduce more than 193,000 tons of carbon emissions.

TCC is the first electricity group enterprise in Taiwan to be equipped with services ranging from renewable energy investment and development, engineering contracting, operation and maintenance, to green energy sales capabilities. The company is committed to developing renewable energies including wind power, solar power and thermal power.
