Fiera Infrastructure, a global mid-market direct infrastructure investor and subsidiary of Fiera Capital Corp., has entered into a distribution agreement with Japan-based Mitsui & Co. Alternative Investments (MAI).
Under the agreement, MAI will be established as Fiera Infrastructure's distribution partner in Japan for Fiera’s flagship mid-market EagleCrest Infrastructure strategy.
Fiera’s OECD EagleCrest Infrastructure allows for direct equity investments across the infrastructure asset class, in sectors such as telecommunications, transportation, regulated utilities and renewable energy. As of June 30, the strategy had C$1.8 billion ($1.4 billion) in assets under management, including committed capital available for commercial deployment.
