Energy industry veteran to lead Ardian-backed Skyline Renewables as CEO

Todd Wynn has stepped into the role of CEO of Skyline Renewables, an independent North American renewables company backed by Ardian. Wynn replaces interim CEO Tim Menzie, who moved from his board position at Skyline in July after Martin Mugica stepped down.

Skyline Renewables was founded in 2018 to establish a leading North American renewables platform. The company currently has a portfolio of 1 gigawatt of operating wind and solar assets, and a 2-gigawatt diversified development pipeline across the United States.

Wynn brings more than 25 years of experience to the leadership role. He has a long track record of success in partnering with financial and strategic shareholders to build leading renewables platforms.

Wynn was formerly CEO at Hull Street Energy, where he built and led a team that managed a portfolio of 1,300 megawatts of generation. In this role, he also served as CEO and sat on the board of directors of Central Rivers Power, a national hydroelectric
