Stephen Davies has joined DWS as senior principal in the firm’s infrastructure investments team in London.
Davies will lead the acquisition financing and refinancing of portfolio companies as well as manage relationships with lending banks and other financing counterparts for DWS’s series of Pan-European Infrastructure Funds (PEIF). He will report to Hamish Mackenzie, head of infrastructure.
“Stephen is an experienced and established debt adviser in the infrastructure market and has strong relationships across all market participants, as well as significant product experience,” said Mackenzie. “Stephen will play a vital role within our infrastructure investments team as we continue to progress a robust pipeline with a consistent focus on the sectors that will further contribute to the long-term recovery and the sustainability of our economies.”
